Our Expectations for Every Member
- Only CHROs and direct reports to CHROs are permitted
- Applicants must be from companies with 1,000 employees or more – if the company is private, they must have a functioning board
- The HR Executive Council is an exclusive and private organization
- Every potential member must apply to be considered. This process includes an application for membership and an interview with a member of the selection committee
- Each new member is voted in by the selection committee
